Point of view- 2021

The project began with discovering a box of old slides near the flea market in Jaffa. This carefully documented photograph collection became the raw material for our artistic dialogue. We responded to the slides by creating a complete and single frame with two photographic exposures. Using a large format film camera, we burned the images together in one negative, giving them a dark dimension and assembling a complete image from pieces of information. This technique blurs the boundaries between different contexts and times, challenging the "decisive moment" idea.
